Accurate References Required
Please always use your invoice or order number as the payment reference. Missing or incorrect references can delay your order processing. We are not liable for delays caused by misapplied payments.
Refunds & Reversals
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Where approved, refunds are processed via the original payment method when possible. Please note, third-party transaction fees may not be refundable and refund timelines depend on your payment provider.
